Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using the Ajir platform gives you a legally binding obligation to Ajir Research Labs ("Ajir", "we", "us", or "our"). You must immediately cease all use of the platform if you do not agree to these terms.

Service Nature and “As-Is” Service

A non-authoritative tool: Ajir is an AI-enhanced social intelligence tool, not a publisher, arbiter of truth, or official authority.

Support analytical help: The service supports contextual, evidence-linked analysis, intended only to encourage independent user thinking.

No Warranty: The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not provide any warranties — written or implied — including warranties for accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property & User Content

Input Rights: You retain ownership of all content you upload (“User Content”). By using the platform, you grant Ajir a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and analyze this content to deliver and improve the service.

Output Ownership: Subject to compliance with these Terms, Ajir assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in the specific AI-generated output produced from your input.

Limitations: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to retrieve source code or underlying algorithms of the Ajir platform.

User Behavior and Unacceptable Uses

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon information presented by the platform. You agree not to:

• Professional Dependence: Treat AI outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Malicious Use: Engage in harassment, manipulation, disinformation, or coercion using Ajir.
• Automated Services: Use bots, scrapers, or spiders without prior written consent.

AI Epistemic Standards & Limitations

Ajir operates under technical and epistemic constraints, including:

• Claims without evidence must be labeled as unverified. False statements may not be made unless immediately counterposed by facts.
• Non-Partisan: The AI does not adopt political, cultural, or ideological positions. It prioritizes fact-based and legally grounded information over neutrality.
• Political Restraint: Analysis is restricted to constitutional texts, statutory law, and recognized legal institutions. Promotion of candidates or parties is prohibited.
• Attribution: All factual assertions must be attributed to identifiable sources (e.g., “according to BBC”).
• Generative Caps: The platform does not generate images or videos, and does not summarize AI-generated content.

Privacy & Data Processing

Data Usage: Personal data handling is governed by the Ajir Privacy Policy.

Social Intelligence: You acknowledge that Ajir processes publicly accessible social media content as part of its services.

You confirm that your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ajir Research Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajir Research Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ajir in the six months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ajir Research Labs’ host jurisdiction. Except for small-claims matters, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Termination & Contact

Ajir reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
